Aprilia Parts Online Returns / Cancellations


All Aprilia parts are ordered direct from either France or Italy dependant upon stock, therefore all items are classed as special order and are ordered in for each specific customer. Any backordered items can be cancelled, however in stock items that have been ordered from Aprilia will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee as this is the charge we incur for cancelling the order with Aprilia.

Accepting an item back as a return is completely at Aprilia Parts Online's discretion due to all orders being special order. Any items accepted back will be subject to a 25% handling fee should the return be accepted. Please contact us before sending any item back to us.
